Arrow was founded in 2017. It has an ISO Certificate. It currently consists of five departments: legal, recruitment, human resources, accounting and sales. Our office staff is growing month by month – at the moment there are about 20 permanent office workers and 5 field coordinators. In addition, we employ industrial engineering specialists.

Coordinators in the field
Responsiveness to all the needs of employees is ensured by a dynamic office and coordinators operating in the field. They are responsible for employee safety and effective problem solving.
Charitable activities
We are involved in helping refugees trying to settle in Poland, and in the ongoing war in Ukraine we are supporting civilians and the military. In addition, we help animal shelters in the Silesian agglomeration.
